Mark will be climbing Mount Everest in May 2011 and is aiming to raise £20,000. Every penny he raises will go straight to patient care at the hospice. Visit Mark's website for more information.
Lauren Browne
Lauren will be running her third marathon in Jamaica on December 4th. She hopes to raise over £50,000 in total by running a minimum of 10 marathons, each in a different location - so far she has completed the New York and London Marathons. Visit her Justgiving page for more information.
