Open Gardens a success

Garden lovers enjoyed visiting our award-winning grounds and helped raise around £2,000 for patient care.
Visitors to the Open Gardens on June 11th were treated to question and answer sessions by BBC Radio Essex gardening expert Ken Crowther. They could also buy plants, our Love Everlasting rose, cakes and other goodies.
Fundraiser Elizabeth Palfreman said: "We were delighted to welcome so many visitors to discover our gardens and learn more about the hospice. We also appreciated having Ken lend his support and answer people's gardening questions."
