The Only Way is Saint Francis Hospice
01 August 2011

Frankie the Lion was star struck this weekend, when he met The Only Way Is Essex’s Sam Faiers. Specsavers in Romford were celebrating their 25th birthday, and invited hospice volunteers to join them and fundraise during the day. Sam attended the party for a two hour signing, and helped Frankie by urging shoppers to donate to the hospice. Specsavers will double all of the money collected.
Community fundraising manager, Lynda Head says: ‘On behalf of the hospice I would like to thank Specsavers in Romford for choosing our charity to fundraise for and Sam for her support. We rely upon the generosity and support of the community in order to keep the hospice running and help patients and their families through extremely difficult times.’
