Are you a highly motivated corporate/major donor fundraiser, who loves to find new supporters and give them the opportunity to make a real difference in their community?
We are looking for a new-business oriented corporate/major donor specialist who will approach senior management in large corporates as well as high net worth individuals who have an interest in hospice care, in order to elicit support for Saint Francis Hospice. You will need to be a fluent communicator, both verbally and in writing, and confident enough to approach top people in organisations and to prepare and deliver a compelling pitch for support.
You will have experience of corporate fundraising, with an eye on donations of £10,000 and above. You’ll enjoy building relationships with supporters and give excellent, enthusiastic account management.
You’ll have a real can do attitude, and be prepared to go the extra mile -" or two " - to ensure supporters remain engaged and ‘feel the love’.
You’ll ideally be familiar with, or interested, in hospice care, and you’ll need to be able to attend the hospice regularly, although you’ll also work from home several days per week.
