Star Trek ladies midnight walk

‘May the fourth be with you!’ Join the biggest fundraising night of the year when Star Trek 4 comes back to Romford. More entertainment and more fun but we need more walkers!  

Bring your female friends, put your best foot forward for the hospice and help us beat the £80,000 raised last year.  

The 10km moonlight walk through Romford is fully marshalled.  The entry is £15 per person which includes t-shirt and goody bag.

Important: you will not be able to register on the night

Places are limited and entries are processed in the order we receive them.

Closing date for entries is Friday 29th June 2012 subject to number of entries received.

Each individual walker must fill in an application form.

If you want to walk with friends please secure your places by sending in your entries together.

Your registration fee covers all expenses, including administration of your entry, your t-shirt and a medal. It secures your place on the walk and is non refundable.

If you receive a place but for any reason cannot take part, your place is not transferable.

You are not permitted to use any of the sponsorship money you raise to pay for your expenses. All sponsorship money given to you must pass directly to Saint Francis Hospice.

If you are sending your money as a team, please nominate a team leader who is responsible for sending all team sponsorship money raised. Please attach all sponsorship forms together, with full amount raised and send to us as one package.

The Star Trek is not a race and walkers are not allowed to run or jog. You can power walk but no walkers must pass the nominated lead walkers.

Disabled entrants are welcome to take part although due to the nature of the event we ask you to contact the organiser prior to filling in this form. If a disabled person requires assistance from another person, this person must also enter the Star Trek but will not have to pay. Only guide dogs are accepted—no other pets or animals are permitted.

The purchase or consumption of alcohol prior or during the event is absolutely not permitted.

We will confirm that you have a place in writing.

Data protection act
Saint Francis Hospice will process your personal data for the purpose of your entry to and participation in the Star Trek. We may also keep you informed about our work, promotions and future events. If you would prefer not to be informed about future events.
