Leadership and management skills
Course Date: 30 March 2010

Leadership and Management Skills Workshops
This new two day course can be attended in full or on a sessional basis. Led by Sara Glover, Director of Finance and Support Services, and Tony Shaw Human Resources Manager, this two day course is a must for all those dealing with leadership challenges. Each session will cover one or two topics and will be delivered in a morning or afternoon workshop.

Managing difficult staff

£40 per person for half day, £75 for full day.
09.30 – 16.30hrs full day and 09.30 – 12.30hrs half day and 13.30 - 16.30 half day
Lunch, tea and coffee included, and all course materials.
