Providing a range of complimentary therapies.

Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy is about far more than physical support. Our occupational therapists like to think of it as turning ‘patients’ back into people.
Naturally, physical help is often the first requirement – more than 70% of people referred to our occupational therapy team need equipment to help them become more independent and improve their quality of life – but we also like to find out about individuals so that the support we provide makes a real difference. By understanding you as a person and getting to know your home situation we can help solve problems and often allow you to regain independence, perhaps by returning to live at home or simply enjoying the things you used to be able to do.
Alongside practical help our creative therapists offer activities to inspire and challenge you. These offer a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction as you create a lasting token of affection for your relatives and loved ones.
After an initial assessment where we address immediate problems, we look at your situation overall so that we can find ways to help you regain control and find fulfilment. Referrals are made through our hospice healthcare professionals or your own hospital doctor or GP.
Please contact us if you have any questions.
