Our social and bereavement services offers support to relatives, carers and friends of patients who have died under the hospice's care.

Aside from your medical care, you will probably have lots of questions relating to emotional and practical issues.

Our family support services will help you, your family and your loved ones deal with everything you are facing at this time. All the following services are available to patients of Saint Francis Hospice.
