Charity Shops

Buying second hand clothes is not only better for the environment than buying new, but it is also good for your pocket.

Find a charity shop near you!

Remember your local Saint Francis charity shop when out shopping.  We have a wide range of quality donated items that will be ideal gifts or be just what you are looking for.  Our shops offer value for money and you will have the extra good feeling knowing your purchases will be helping someone local to you with a life limiting illness.

It doesn't stop there, remember we always need quality goods so please don't hesitate to bring in your donations to one of our shops.

Donate don’t dump - We are looking for items of good quality that have a resale value. Anything that is broken, ripped or chipped has to be thrown away so please think carefully about what you are donating.  However, if you have some old clothes that are not suitable for resale please bring them in to us in a bag marked 'rags'.  The hospice can make money from selling bags of rags as well as bags of old shoes and belts.

We have specialist shops for electrical goods and furnitureas well as general shops for clothes, books and other household items. The better the quality of the item you donate the more money we can make to spend on nursing care for people with life limiting illnesses.

House Clearance - we offer a service to completely clear a house.  Please contact us for a quote.  If you would just like us to come and take away items that we can sell in our shops, then we will be happy to do this at no charge.
