Big-hearted comedian entertains for hospice

It might have been all about the laughs for the audience but when well-loved comedian Jimmy Jones performed live at the Premiere Cinema in Romford on Friday (October 14), it was all about raising funds for Saint Francis Hospice.

Jimmy, 78, together with his special guest and fellow funny man Mickey PTracy Mills and her husband Brian and our friends Jackie and Chris Bealeugh, worked the audience and showed why they are still at top of their game after more than half a century of entertaining.

The duo didn't give their fans a chance to catch their breath as the gags kept on coming and Jimmy brought the evening to a close with an emotional speech about the charity which has cared for his five brothers and sisters over the years.

A number of lucky people also took home exciting hampers after winning the raffle.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to Jimmy and Mickey who gave up their time to help fund end of life care services.
