Grovember challenge for Hospice at Home nurses

Let's face it, shaving is a chore and as we brace ourselves for icy temperatures, two of our Hospice at Home nurses have taken on the Grovember challenge.

And Ann Hart and Amie Blumson have come up with a list of reasons why it's such a hairy good idea!

"Last year me and another member of the team didn't shave our legs or armpits for the whole month and we got so much support that we decided to do it again this year," said Ann, who is a Senior Staff Nurse.

"There are so many reasons to do it," said Team Leader Amie.

"You can have a bath and just relax, you have your very own fur lining to keep you warm, you save money on razors and creams and most importantly of all, it will help us raise vitals funds for the Hospice's services."
