Seven years of success for Frankie's Car show

Frankie's Classic Car and Bike Festival went down a storm over the weekend, raising over £19,000!
On Sunday (September 2nd) car lovers, friends and families came down to Ford Motor Company in Laindon, the home of Essex's motoring heritage.

We had over 300 cars booked in to exhibit and, with hundreds of people coming down to take a look, the cars did not disappoint. The oldest car booked in was a 1931 Ford Model A Roadster followed by a 1932 Riley Gamecock and the newest car booked in was a 2018 Ford Mustang.

With music from live bands, dancing, food stalls and a vintage market it really was a fantastic day out and we hope everyone that visited had a great day too.

We had a record number of 16 car clubs on the day, who were all thrilled by the successful event.

The Mustang Owners Club had a display of 59 cars on the Test Track, from 1965 to 2018. Members of the club said it was a fantastic show, at an amazing venue, with caterers galore...making it the perfect way to spend a Sunday!
