We’re excited to announce a 6-month fixed term opportunity to join the team at Saint Francis Hospice as an Estates Officer (Site & Buildings).
This full-time role is perfect for someone with hands-on maintenance experience who’s passionate about creating safe, welcoming environments. You’ll play a key part in maintaining our buildings and grounds, supporting compliance, and ensuring our facilities run smoothly for patients, families, and staff.
Key Details:
- Location: Havering-atte-Bower, Romford
- Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday-Friday)
- Competitive salary + enhanced on-call/overtime pay
What You’ll Do:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance
- Ensure health & safety compliance
- Support refurbishments and accommodation moves
- Supervise contractors and maintain records
- Provide caretaking and vehicle support
What We’re Looking For:
- A trade qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- A full, clean UK driving licence
