Our Hospice at Home Team is a team of Senior Staff Nurses and Health Care Assistants who provide hands on nursing, support and care to people in their own home, as well as supporting those around them. The team supports patients in their last few weeks of life to enable them to remain at home if that is their wish

This is an excellent opportunity for Staff Nurses with over 3 years post registration and palliative care experience who are interested in community.

If you are an avid and enthusiastic team worker, have excellent communication skills and are confident and able to work both unsupervised and flexibly we would be delighted to hear from you. The post holder should have the ability to travel efficiently and effectively to people's homes across various locations within the hospice catchment area and must obtain their own insurance for business use.
