Do you have an interest in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Complementary Therapy? Would you like to join a team helping people achieve fulfillment and independence? This is a rewarding role that will develop your skills and knowledge within a palliative care setting. It will also allow you to develop your practice and utilise your communication skills, whilst helping people manage life limiting illnesses.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Therapies Assistant to join our Therapies Team.
The post holder will be able to:
- work as part of the Therapies Team, assisting with the delivery of therapy services to people with life-limiting illness.
- participate in and assist with facilitating groups.
- work as part of the Therapies team to ensure all assistive equipment is collected, maintained and cleaned.
- hold a current British driving licence and have the ability to drive a small hospice van when required.
