Here's what's on
Activities include music therapy, complementary therapies, eating together, fun indoor games and outdoor games, which take place in our beautiful gardens in the warmer weather. All activities are available to you at the group.
Creative therapy can be used as a means to overcome activity limitations, both physical and cognitive / mental and also to facilitate the clients' thinking, feeling and doing.

Complementary therapy is offered to the young adults and their carers in the form of aromatherapy, reflexology, reiki and massage. Complementary therapy can alleviate  physical and psychological symptoms.

DSC_1970Music therapy is a psychological therapy which involves the use of music to address the physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs of a group or individual. It employs a variety of activities, such as listening to melodies, playing an instrument, drumming, writing songs, and guided imagery.
Games: we have indoor and outdoor games. Lifelites have donated a PS4 and an Xbox with a VR headset and games. GoPro equipment, laptops and iPads are also available to use. There is a karaoke machine for those that like to sing a song or two!
Outings: We aim to have trips to places where the group wants to go, previous outings have been to bowling, races and meals out.
