At Saint Francis Hospice, we are committed to creating a culture where everyone feels safe and supported to raise any concerns they may have. That’s why we fully support the Freedom to Speak Up initiative.
Freedom to Speak Up is a national initiative that encourages staff, volunteers, students, contractors, and trainees to safely raise concerns. It enables you to safely raise concerns regarding patient safety, bullying, or unsafe practices, ensuring a supportive culture when regular reporting channels are not suitable.
