Frankie's Classic Car Fest with Vintage Market
Unfortunately, due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this years’ Frankie’s Classic Car Fest, which was due to be held on Sunday 6th September 2020 at Ford Dunton. This decision was made in conjunction with Ford Dunton because of the high likelihood that social distancing would still be in place in September, making it impossible for the event to go ahead.
As we only receive 23% of our funding from the NHS, we rely heavily on fundraising events such as Frankie’s Classic Car Fest to raise the vital funds we need to care for local people who are seriously unwell.
The Coronavirus pandemic forced us to cancel many of our fundraising events, close our retail shops, and many people in the community have had to postpone their fundraising activities.
But while the need for our services is greater than ever, we are facing a funding crisis for the first time in our 35 year history.
The people we support are already going through extreme personal turmoil, and now Coronavirus is causing more uncertainty than ever.
Here are three ways you can continue to support Saint Francis Hospice at this time.
Our nurses are working on the frontline caring for local people with increasingly complex medical conditions.
They will continue to be there 24 hours a day, seven days a week through this pandemic.
You can sponsor a nurse by making a one off donation or signing up to make a regular donation.
Our Lottery is just £1 per week and each week there is a guaranteed winner of £1,000.
Additionally, our rollover prize is currently £13,000 (and could rise up to £25,000) so sign up today to be in with a chance to win big!
Frankie’s Five calls on you to post a photo of the Classic Car you would have brought to Frankie’s Classic Car Show to our Facebook or Twitter pages.
Then donate £5 and nominate five car enthusiast friends to do the same!
We have every intention of bringing Frankie's Classic Car Fest back in 2021 and we plan to make this event bigger and better than ever before!

Commended in the 'Contribution to Charity' section for the amount raised and in particular the involvement of the Daimler SP250 Owners Club, who are the mainstay of the marshalling and judging teams, a huge supporter of the hospice, for the show. We feel very proud of this award especially as it was against some tough competition!
The Daimler SP250 Owners Club are the core of the 'Car Team' for Frankie's Classic Car Fest and put in a huge amount of effort to make it a success. They took home the award for Best Car Club Contribution to Charity.
The award was presented to Alan Mason (pictured second from the right), representing the Hospice, by the sponsor Carole Nash Insurance, and the evening's host Mike Brewer from 'Wheeler Dealer'.
