Individual Giving Senior Executive

Salary: Salary Starting at £29,524 per annum
Hours:  37.5 hours per week, full time, permanent
 

We are looking for a self-motivated, highly collaborative, experienced Individual Giving Senior Executive to join our successful Individual Giving Team at Saint Francis Hospice.

 

If you are passionate about fundraising and have experience of executing successful direct marketing campaigns, we would like to hear from you. You will take responsibility for an agreed programme of work and project manage these from conception through to delivery, campaign analysis and reporting in order to achieve challenging targets and increase income over time.

 

You will work on a range of products, including; Lottery, Raffles, Appeals, Regular Giving and In Memory giving and you will use your multi-channel experience for the cost-effective and timely execution of each campaign.  The role will have a strong focus on recruiting and retaining supporters and converting existing supporters to ensure continued annual growth from individual and regular giving. 

 

A keen eye for detail and excellent communications skills are a must as you will have responsibility for the implementation of stewardship and supporter journeys, ensuring our supporters are communicated with effectively to improve retention.

 

This role can be home based, on site at the Hospice or a mixture of both. You will be required to work on site on occasion.
