Remember a loved one at our remembrance services

Honouring those we love and have lost is such a meaningful way to keep their memory alive. While the festive period can be difficult when loved ones are no longer here, together we can light up their lives by sharing our precious memories.

If you have experienced the care of Saint Francis Hospice, you understand better than anyone the difference personalised hospice care can make when the time comes. As you know, we do everything we possibly can to ensure the final days and hours shared with a loved one are times you can hold on to, knowing that they were cared for in the way that they wanted to be.
