Schools and colleges
We love partnering with schools, whether it's to raise awareness of what we do, fundraise or work on specific projects.
Saint Francis Hospice is keen to get involved with local schools and colleges to raise awareness and promote a greater understanding of the work we do. Supporting a charity from an early age can help young people feel a sense of pride and belonging to their community. We welcome the opportunity to speak to students of all ages about Saint Francis Hospice and can tailor these talks to fit in with your curriculum.
Fundraising can be an enjoyable and rewarding experience for young people of all ages.
For younger and primary school aged children, Frankie the Lion, our mascot at Saint Francis Hospice can attend your event to add to the excitement of the day. This might be a cake sale, 'non-uniform day', sports day or read-a-thon.
For older students, use your in-house talent to hold a music or fashion show.
In whatever way you choose to support the Hospice, our fundraising team is here to help. To find out more, or get your school or college involved, call the team on
