37.5 hours per week, although we are open to hearing from candidates who are able to work a minimum of 4 days a week.

The role
We are excited about this role as we look to drive real growth and development through major giving and relationship fundraising for Saint Francis Hospice.
This post will build on the success achieved by their predecessor and raise income from major donors, corporate fundraising, trusts and foundations in particular whilst also supporting the management of the Legacy Manager and growth and development of the wider fundraising strategy.
You will be a people person who loves to engage and inspire others. Your proactive and organised approach supports your drive to succeed and build new relationships, develop new ideas, and see them through to fruition. You will have excellent writing skills and work well with others to ensure that applications, cases for support and reports are inspiring, accurate and excellent. You will develop your team and managers and be ambitious about the future of this area of fundraising. Whilst meeting agreed targets and goals.
About you
Ideally, you will have experience in both major donors, trust & statutory fundraising. In addition to the above you will have a passion for end of life care at Saint Francis Hospice as well as enthusiasm in leading a great team of passionate and driven fundraising managers and executives and have a great track record of achieving and exceeding income targets.

The position offers flexibility with a mix of home working and office based to be discussed. This is a full-time position, but we are open to hearing from candidates who are able to work a minimum of 4 days a week.
