The People and Culture team is entering an exciting period of growth. We have a new opportunity for a People & Culture Partner to join the Hospice and support the delivery of our new Strategy and People Plan and to create a great place to work.
The post reports to the Director of People and Culture and the key focus of the role will be to advise Directors, Service leads and line managers within designated business areas on all People and Culture matters in accordance with policies, procedures, best practise, and legislation.
To make a proactive contribution to resourcing, service development, business planning and the management of performance against agreed objectives for designated areas. To support and coach managers in improving their leadership and management skills and to manage own caseload as agreed and determined with the Director of People and Culture ensuring all deadlines and professional standards are met.
