The People and Culture team is entering an exciting period of growth. We have a new opportunity for a People & Culture Partner - Projects to join the Hospice and support the delivery of our new Strategy and People Plan and to create a great place to work.
The post reports to the Head of OD, Inclusion and Engagement and the key focus of the role will be to support strategic projects, such as Equality and Diversity, Wellbeing and Engagement.
To support and coach managers in improving their leadership and management skills and to manage own caseload and ensuring all deadlines and professional standards are met.
