Salary: £22,856 to £26,910 per annum 
Hours:  37.5 hours per week, full time, permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Co-ordinator to work as part of our Specialist Community & Crisis Support Service. The role involves co-ordination all administrative aspects of the service, providing the team lead role with secretarial support as well as data inputting as well as other clerical duties. The role will also involve liaising with individuals, carers and healthcare professional colleagues of those referred to hospice services and any general enquiries.

 

If you are keen to work as part of a high quality specialist palliative care service, have excellent communication skills and are confident and able to work both unsupervised and flexibly we would be delighted to hear from you.

Saint Francis Hospice is a dynamic, forward thinking organisation, with a multi-professional workforce delivering specialist palliative care through an eighteen bedded in-patient unit, a specialist community & crisis support service, hospice at home service.
