Providing advice, guidance, counselling, practical and emotional support to individuals and their loved ones.

Family and individual support services work holistically across all the core hospice services to provide advice, guidance, emotional support and counselling to the individuals we care for, with specialist palliative care needs, and their loved ones. The family support team is a multi-professional team consisting of social workers, therapists, psychologists and volunteer bereavement counsellors.
