This role will involve checking deliveries against orders to ensure that the order is complete; organise and compile regular logistics & stationery orders.

The post holder ideally will have previous experience of working within a supplies environment and will need to demonstrate good organisational and administrative skills, be a good communicator and an excellent team worker with a flexible approach to their work.

This post holder will have previous Customer Service experience as you will arrange and deal with Engineer visits for servicing and breakdowns of hospice equipment. You will also support our migration to digitalisation.

Do you have the experience of using Microsoft packages especially Excel and/or knowledge of Finance Systems and do you like working as part of a dynamic team?
