As we embark on an exciting 5-year strategy we are looking to expand our very successful Legacy Team by recruiting a Legacy Administrator. You will be responsible initially for supporting the Legacy Manager with all administrative duties relating to the legacy giving income line and in time take on your own portfolio of cases helping Saint Francis Hospice to build a sustainable income for the future.

This is a crucial role within the income generation team. You will be expected to work on intricate cases with sensitivity and professionalism at all times whilst delivering the highest level of service to both internal and external stakeholders. Full training will be provided to ensure that you can work effectively and with autonomy. As Legacy Officer, you will be an integral part of the team and be a part of delivering the wider organisational strategy designed to ensure that we are increasing our reach across all areas of the communities we serve.

You may not have experience of working in the charity sector already but you will need to have experience of working within an office environment and with a focus on attention to detail whilst delivering a high level of service. You will be happy to work with others to achieve positive outcomes for the organisation and equally work alone.

Please note that a DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) basic criminal record check will be undertaken for the successful candidate.

Please click on the apply button to download an application form and we would appreciate if you could also complete & return an Equality & Diversity Monitoring Form and email these to jobs@sfh.org.uk
