Life is full of uncertainties, and the past year has reminded us just how important it is to protect the ones we love.

So Saint Francis Hospice is proud to announce it's working in partnership with F Barnes and Taylors Legal to run its Make a Will campaign.

The solicitors taking part are kindly giving up their time to write standard or mirror wills in exchange for a donation to the Hospice.

"People don't always realise that if they don't make a will, their assets will not necessarily go where they would like," said Adam Gordon.

"Our Make a Will campaign is a great opportunity to either write or update a Will and also help local people and their families who need our experienced care.

"The solicitors will not be charging you for their services.

"Once you meet with one of the solicitors involved in the campaign, you'll be given advice based on your circumstances and wishes, and if you decide to go ahead, you'll be asked to make a suggested minimum donation direct to the Hospice."

Jo Druce, Director and Business Development Manager at F Barnes said Saint Francis Hospice was a charity close to the firm's heart and it was grateful for the services it provided to the community.

Jo added, "The staff and volunteers do a remarkable job, and it was without hesitation that we agreed to donate our time in support."

Taylors Legal were also keen to support the ongoing campaign.

"Charities are desperately in need of support in light of the impact of the pandemic so we, Taylors Legal, wanted to do our bit to help," said Director Nicola Daniel.
