Did you know that February is Payroll Giving month? Payroll Giving Month is an annual campaign that helps to raise awareness of how important payroll giving is to charities across the country. This year we are celebrating 35 years of Payroll Giving.

After the last few challenging years and with further uncertain times ahead, payroll giving is a great regular source of income for the hospice and a great way for our supporters to give a little back each month, whether that is as little as £5.

Payroll Giving is the most tax efficient way of supporting the hospice. Your regular donation is taken from your salary before tax is deducted, making it an easy and convenient way to give and because it’s a regular amount without any restrictions.

Saint Francis Hospice has always been incredibly grateful for the generous gifts our wonderful supporters have given. You may be surprised to know that the hospice has over 200 generous regular payroll givers from all over the country and worldwide - even as far away as New York. The hospice raises nearly £18,000 from payroll giving a year, which could pay for 21 days of care for a patient on our ward.

The hospice has been running its own payroll-giving scheme for the past few years and we would love you to consider supporting us. It could not be easier to sign up and take part.
